6. Online Giving, Tithes, and Donations

We provide online payment features to enable members and partners to pay tithes, give offerings, and support church projects. When making a contribution:

• Voluntary Giving: All contributions are voluntary freewill gifts made to support the Church's charitable and religious activities. No physical goods or services are provided in return.
• Payment Methods: We integrate with secure payment gateways (e.g., M-Pesa, card payments). By initiating a transaction, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
• Security: Card and mobile money details are handled securely by PCI-compliant payment partners. The Church does not store credit card credentials.
• Tax & Receipts: Donations are handled in compliance with Kenyan laws on religious organizations. Receipt references will be sent via SMS/email upon successful transaction.
• Refunds: Since donations are voluntary gifts, they are generally non-refundable. If you believe a financial contribution was made in error (e.g., a double payment), please write to us at info@dcriruta.org within 14 days, and we will review it.

7. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

As a faith community, we expect all users of our site to conduct themselves with decency, respect, and integrity. You agree NOT to:
